Customer Service: Your experience with CPI’s Service Center starts and ends with our friendly and courteous Customer Service Representatives. They try and take the stress and frustration our of your service experience by helping you understand our services and pricing, by tracking the progress of your job, and by helping you understand what was done when you pick up your computer.
Certified Technicians: CPI’s support technicians are Microsoft Certified Professionals with their A+ and Network+ Certifications. They are also experienced in troubleshooting and fixing problems. When they do run into a particularly difficult or highly unusual situation, the technicians can always turn to one of our System Engineers, or to technical support teams at Microsoft, Corel, Dell, Symantec and a host of product distributors and vendors.
Parts: To expedite repairs and upgrades, CPI has a Ten Thousand Dollar inventory of the parts and equipment most often needed. But if you do need a special or proprietary part, CPI’s full-time Buyer usually can get next day or two day service. She maintains strong ties with major regional and national distributors as well as major vendors such as Dell, Gateway, HP and is able to easily access their parts, returns and support.
Fast Service: Generally, repairs are completed within two or three business days with same day service available. Local pickup and delivery is also available for a nominal fee.
